Stephanie joined LattaHarris in July 2026, bringing eight years of public accounting experience alongside a 15+ year background in banking leadership, operations, and internal audit. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Mount Mercy University. Stephanie is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and an active member of the AICPA.

As a Supervisor, Stephanie specializes in individual tax accounting rounded with experience in handling bookkeeping and payroll. She excels at making tax situations understandable, while providing patient, step-by-step guidance to help clients navigate new technology. Driven by bringing organization to messy records, she takes pride in anticipating client needs and delivering proactive service.

Outside the office, Stephanie enjoys attending live music events, connecting with people, and spending extra time outdoors with family and friends.
