1981 – Founded
Our firm was founded in 1981 as Hensel, Latta & Harris in Washington, Iowa.
1990 – Merged
Merged with Yotty & Co., forming Hensel, Latta, Harris & Yotty.
1997 – Merged
Merged with the Tipton, Iowa office of Meriwether, Wilson & Co., forming Latta, Harris, Hanon & Penningroth, L.L.P.
2009 – Merged
Merged with Redmond & Associates, P.C., of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and acquired the Clifton Gunderson, L.L.P. offices of Grundy Center and Tama, Iowa.
2012 – Acquired
Acquired the Mark Harrington, C.P.A., P.C. office of Tama, Iowa.
2015 – Renamed
Recognizing that clients and industry peers referred to the firm as Latta Harris, in 2015, the firm shortened the name to LattaHarris, L.L.P.
