Bethe Hlas is an HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people management. As the People Experience Manager since 2019, Bethe plays a vital role in understanding future hiring needs by collaborating with leaders and firm partners. Additionally, she takes charge of planning and executing employee and client activities and events, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
In addition to her talent acquisition role, Bethe takes on subsequent HR duties, providing guidance to managers on employee concerns, training needs, and supports newly promoted leaders in developing the skills required for their success.
Outside of her professional commitments, Beth dedicates her time to volunteer organizations. She serves as a Women in Business Mentor and has been a long-term, dedicated volunteer for Junior Achievement and the Salvation Army’s Toys 4 Tots program, demonstrating her commitment to community engagement.
