Your role includes…
Implementing, coordinating, and leading Human Resources initiatives on all levels.
Driving and coordinating the successful implementation of change.
Working with the team to improve the firm’s talent pipeline and drive positive morale and retention.
Collaborating with the firm’s partners to improve firm-wide communications and change management so we can better collaborate as a team.
Owning personnel, policy, and benefit programs and administration.
Overseeing and managing the firm’s career development program.
Maintaining a connection with staff at all levels while proactively working to uncover, report, and resolve HR challenges.
Your experience includes…
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and/or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification (preferred).
Work as a generalist or coordinator, along with the motivation and drive to make a positive impression as you take our company to the next level.
A proven ability to develop, write and implement people policies and drive organizational change.
Being a confident team player with an approachable demeanor and positive attitude.
Experience working with a remote and/or blended workforce in a service industry is a plus.
10+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Experience in a professional services firm with 100+ employees is a plus.
