Denny is a life-long resident of Cedar Rapids. He received his Bachelor of Music Degree in composition and theory from Coe College in 1976 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in accounting from Coe in June of 1988.

His accounting career started with the IRS where he worked for six year from 1980 – 1986. While working as an IRS agent he became a CPA and started in public practice in 1986.

Denny works with individuals and closely-held business in the areas of taxation, accounting services, litigation support, and business valuations. He holds certifications in business valuation services and forensic accounting from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Denny retired from LattaHarris in 2020, and remains a valued consultant for our team.
