Dear Valued Stakeholder-

We are reaching out to share details about upcoming changes to your NetClient CS
portal and our switch to Liscio Client Portal.
Why are we switching? As we transition to a truly paperless online system, we are
aware that we have required you to have multiple log ins to access your files, send
us files, sign your tax return, and pay your bill. Liscio Client Portal will provide us with a user friendly, web and mobile based application with the ability to eliminate multiple log ins and bring all your tax and accounting needs into one
communication platform.
Your new LattaHarris Portal, powered by Liscio will become active on November 13,
2023. Please watch for additional emails with further information and a link to
activate your account on that date.
We understand that you may have need to send information to us prior to that date,
and there for, we are making you aware of the upcoming changes to your current
portal log in. If you will not need to use the NetClient portal before November 13th you can disregard the remainder of this message and wait for your Liscio Client Portal invitation.
The NetClient portal will remain active through December 1st. If you have files you
want to continue accessing, contact our office, and we can add them to your new
Liscio Portal account.

For those of you that will need access to the Net Client portal prior to November
13th:
What you need to know:
You will need to create a new username and password. To do this, you will
need your current NetClient CS login ID and password. If you have saved these
details to your browser, please memorialize them. If you have forgotten your
login ID, please reply to this e-mail.
The sign-in page will look different but will function the same way. This video
showcases the new experience.
You will need to enable two-factor authentication. There are several options
available to verify your identity when you log in. We recommend using the
Auth0 Guardian mobile app, which is free on the Apple App Store for iOS and
Google Play Store for Android. Learn more about two-factor
authentication.

These changes will be occurring on November 3, 2023. In the meantime, feel free to
reach out to us with any questions about the NetClient portal or the new Liscio
Portal.
